The 96-06 Ford Swivel Base is designed to bolt on easily to any after market RV or van seat. It has an 8x11” top bolt pattern. This swivel base comes with a pyro seat belt attachment and meets or exceeds FMVSS #207 safety standards for RV and van swivel bases.
