Standard Return Policy

When the product arrives, please inspect it for damage.  With freight deliveries, it is recommended that you not sign until the item has been inspected.  For FedEx deliveries, if the item is damaged, please give us a call within 48 hours to make a claim.  You have the option of having the item repaired, replaced, or to be given credit towards purchase of another item. Please contact our office at 1-800-454-1801 before the return, to obtain the necessary RMA#.  This way, a proper claim can be filed with shipping and a pickup date can be arranged. The item must be returned in its original shipping carton(s); we please ask that you inspect the boxes for dents and holes before they are taken back.  If the order is returned without proper authorization, the customer will be held responsible for reship costs, and the return will not be accepted.  

In the event of missing parts, please contact us by phone or email within 72 hours of delivery to order replacement parts, so that we can promptly send them to you.  Items that show signs of wear, abuse, or installation will be billed to the customer, which includes the cost of shipping.  Returns for any other reason will receive a refund, minus a 30% restocking fee on standard items and a 50% restocking fee on custom items, plus the two-way freight cost.  Items must be returned within 7 days of receipt, and in the original shipping cartons.
